I had the privilege of attending this year’s PRWeek Crisis Communications Conference in Washington, D.C., through the #MSLearning track. It was an incredible opportunity to connect with executives from both PRWeek and MSL, and to engage in thoughtful conversations about the evolving landscape of crisis and reputation management.

One of the true highlights was learning from industry trailblazers like Judy Smith, Katie Hill, and Brian Besanceney, whose insights on leadership, transparency, and navigating high-stakes moments left a lasting impression.
